Nikon Z30 camcorder with 20MP APS-C sensor launched in India
Nikon has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of a new vlogging camera in India. The Nikon Z30 is equipped with a 20MP APS-C mirrorless camera. The vlogger-focused camera has a dedicated focus mode, long video recording times, a microphone, a movie recording light, a REC light, automatic switching to self-portrait mode when the monitor is facing forward, and a viewing angle of around 100% even in 4K UHD/30p.
The Z30 is a camera built specifically for video recording. The camera delivers unmatched consistency and delivers a focused image in any situation with up to 125 minutes of footage, eye-detection autofocus and full-time autofocus (AF-F). It is perfect for those who like to create vlogs. Multiple focus modes are available in Auto mode, including Auto Focus Single (AF-S), Continuous Auto Focus (AF-C) and Manual Focus for greater flexibility in focusing according to subject type (MF).

Animal Detection AF, which detects a pet’s eyes for in-focus shots, is also available for video and photos for hashtag-ready furry companions. The camera has a 20MP APS-C sensor and supports continuous autofocus and eye-detection autofocus (AF-F).

The Z30 features a 3-inch swivel touch monitor for individuals who like to vlog on the go or capture memories on the go. Additionally, users can record Full HD movies at up to 120 frames per second for slow-motion recordings.
The Z30 is further enhanced by a wide selection of compatible accessories and a suite of Nikon ecosystem products, including Webcam Utility for live streaming and NX Studio for quick and easy video editing. Not to mention, SnapBridge offers customers the ability to shoot remotely while providing a seamless and hassle-free experience by enabling instant sharing between cameras and smart devices.
Exposure compensation in auto mode allows users to more easily adjust the balance of highlights and shadows in an image. The three Picture Control settings adjustment parameters are useful for creators who care about being able to render every nuance of their intended portrait photography.
The camera also produces up to approximately 11 frames per second in high-speed continuous shooting (extended) or approximately 5 frames per second in normal mode, thanks to Nikon’s own CMOS sensor and the same image processing processor used in the Nikon Z 7.
