
Canon EOS R6 Mark II and RF135mm f/1.8L IS USM launched in India
Canon EOS R6 Mark II and RF135mm f/1.8L IS USM are two new products that Canon has just added to its portfolio. With features such as external 6K 60p RAW video recording, Canon Log 3, Full HD 180p high frame rate recording and focus breathing correction, the EOS R6 Mark II meets the needs of video producers and content creators looking for high-end video capabilities in a small body mirrorless cameras. The EOS R6 Mark II offers up to 40 frames per second with AF/AE tracking for shooting.
Focus breathing correction, which reduces unwanted angle of view changes during focus shift, is supported for the first time by the EOS R6 Mark II. This improves upon current capabilities such as AF speed adjustment by giving users more control over the focus transitions necessary for expression.

The newly created 24.2-megapixel full-frame image sensor for the EOS R6 Mark II uses improved sharpness processing to create a sense of visual resolution. Up to 102,400 ISO can be used at native speed.
HDR PQ HEIF recording and In-Body IS are features of the EOS R6 Mark II. The EOS R6 Mark II records 6K RAW externally via HDMI for video that maintains excellent quality even after extensive post-processing. While Full HD proxy data is simultaneously recorded to one of the two SD card slots for convenient editing. In addition to Canon Log 3 and HDR PQ video, it is internally capable of producing high definition 4K 60p video upsampled from 6K as well as high frame rate video up to Full HD 180p. Thanks to improved thermal management, unlimited continuous recording in 4K 30p is now possible.

The EOS R6 Mark II is the first EOS camera to offer AF/AE burst speeds in excess of 30 frames per second with the ability to shoot at 40 frames per second in electronic shutter mode. With AF/AE tracking, continuous shooting is possible with the mechanical shutter at speeds of up to 12 frames per second.
Users using the EOS R6 Mark II in conjunction with the Cinema EOS system have access to an alternative quick control screen that looks similar to the Cinema EOS cameras.

In addition to the current zebra display, the EOS R6 Mark II has the common false color function seen in the Cinema EOS system, making it easy to adjust exposure even in challenging conditions.

Deep learning-based technology can now detect other subjects, including horses, trains and planes, thanks to the EOS R6 Mark II. For eye-detection AF in photo or video mode, users can choose between right and left eye priority. They can choose the objects to be detected with more freedom. Users can now automatically identify many types of subjects in a single image using the new “Auto Subject Detection” mode.
The EOS R6 Mark II has two SD card slots for added reliability and is made of dust and water resistant material to support outdoor shooting. With the LP-E6NH battery, which has been designed to save energy, it can take up to 760 pictures on a single charge.
The EOS R6 Mark II Body will be available in India with a price tag of Rs 243,995. While the EOS R6 Mark II + RF24-105mm f/4L IS USM will be available at a price tag of Rs 343,995 and the EOS R6 Mark II + RF24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM at Rs 271,995. The RF135mm f/1.8L IS USM is priced at Rs 219,995.
